Orderbekräftelse

Så fort din order är bekräftad så skickas det automatiskt ut en kvittens till den angivna e post adressen. Denna kvittens innehåller ett ordernummer samt artiklarna som beställts, priser etc.

Leverans

Normal leveranstid på sortimentet utav våra främsta päls produkter är 1-3 arbetsdagar beroende på ort samt lagerstatus. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att neka leverans p.g.a. prisförändringar eller lagerstatus. Alla leveranstider bör anses som preliminära. Inom Sverige använder vi oss av DHL för express frakt samt post nord standard service för rekomenderad frakt och allt skickas spårbart.

Ångerrätt

Vid oöppnad förpackning/kartong så accepterar vi retur eller byte.

Reklamation

Alla paket genomgår en liten besiktning innan de lämnar oss eller leverantör. Skulle det hända att paketet kommer fram skadat, så får ni kontakta oss!

OBS! Viktigt att synliga skador anmäls direkt till utlämningsställe.

Returer

Vi måste alltid kontaktas innan en retur eventuellt skall ske.

Vid åberopande av ångerrätt:

• Meddela säljaren inom 5 dagar från det att du har mottagit beställningen eller del av den att du avser utöva din ångerrätt.
• Returnera varan med original kartong och det avsedda inneremballaget snarast efter att du meddelat säljaren om att avtalet frånträds och följ säljarens övriga villkor gällande retur.
• Varan ska vara komplett och hel i original förpackning med tillhörande embalage.

Ångerrätt gäller ej:

• Specialbeställd/anpassad vara efter kunds önskemål.
• Vara som på grund av sin beskaffenhet inte kan återlämnas
• Vara som plockats isär eller där yttre åverkan gjorts

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is confirmed, it will automatically send a receipt to the specified email address. This receipt contains an order number and items ordered, prices etc.

Delivery

Normal delivery time on the assortment of our main fur products is 1-3 working days depending on the location and stock status. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to price changes or stock status. All delivery times should be considered preliminary. In Sweden, we use DHL for express shipping as well as mail north standard service for recommended shipping and everything is sent traceable.

Return Policy

For unopened packaging / carton we will accept return or changes.

Complaint

All packages are subject to a small inspection before leaving us or the supplier. Should the package appear damaged, please contact us!

NOTE! Important that visible damage is reported directly to the extradition site.

We must always contact you before returning.

Return Policy: As a consumer (private person) you have 14 days of withdrawal from receipt of a goods the seller has sent to you. The right of withdrawal is governed by the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59). Right of withdrawal does not apply to companies, and only if the item is in the unaltered state. This means that the product can be sold in the same condition to the next customer. Any sealing should be intact. You will be entitled to a refund for cancellation. To avoid problems when you want to use the right of withdrawal, contact the seller before returning goods.

In invoking the right of withdrawal:

• Notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the order or part of it for your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Return the item with the original carton and the intended inner packaging immediately after you notify the seller that the contract is terminated and follow the seller’s other terms of return.
• The product should be complete and complete in original packaging with accompanying packaging.
